I have never used RSS reader before. But I have started to follow Google Reader :)) I used google blog search so I found about library 2.0 blogs there... One of them;
"Information literacy meets library 2.0 " is related with library 2.0 and new technology. In addition they aim to share news and comment about developments over coming months. And I also found "Neyjude" that is you should find interesting comments about library 2.0 and web 2.0. The last blog is "library 2.0" which is for librarian and interested in library 2.0.
