Libraries on Facebook - not?

Guess this librarian doesn't want the libraries to be on Facebook.

Alternatively I suppose we could start to desperately flog the profession as: Become a librarian and get paid to play on Facebook!

I read this today, and it is kind of what Caroline and I are going to write about.

It has been a very long search for blogs, and it is not because it is hard to find library blogs, there are too many! It is a jungle out there.

The rss reader
I started using igoogle, but soon it became too messy, so now I only use igoogle to follow my friends blogs. Blogs that I use in school and at work I follow in google reader.

The blogs
The first blog is Steven's Lighthouse, also mentioned by Néné.

The second one is iLibrarian, it has a post about Twitter, and allthough, some people in the class find it hard to use, including my self, I'm sure Twitter is going to be the next big thing...maybe.

I'm very much in to danish libraries, I love them! So in my search for blogs, I have tried to find a danish blog in english, but have not succeded.
But I got a good tip from a colleague of mine. And with the talk about libraries at the beach last time in class, I would like to recommend this blog called Tame the web.
